Document Storage/Shredding

Professional document storage and destruction is essential to protecting your company’s data. The storage/shredding facility is equipped with audio alarms and a video monitoring system. All employees are screened through extensive background checks. Files may be dropped off or scheduled for pick-up by Shelby Security.

Shelby security provides secure, organized storage for your documents. When files are received they are immediately indexed and entered into our database for easy retrieval before being stored in our secure warehouse.

Document Destruction

Shelby Security’s quality control procedures and state-of -the-art equipment ensure timely and secure destruction of your data. Our Security Level 3 cross-cut shredding insures proper and legal destruction. This process cuts paper both lengthwise and widthwise adding an increased level of security.

 

Upon destruction, a certificate of destruction will be provided.
